Don’t give yourself B6 toxicity
"I started taking this around June of last year. I had been told by a previous doctor that my B6 was low, which is why I started taking it. Starting in November of last year, I started noticing some weird things happening with my body but they seemed so minor that I just ignored them. For instance, having restless legs at night, like I was about to get a Charlie horse. In December, the weirdness continued. I was driving back to work after lunch and started to feel lightheaded and my left pinky and ring fingers were going a little numb. Around NYE is when things got really hard to ignore, constant muscle twitching, headache, random body aches, pins and needles in my feet, then my legs, then my hands. I came to realize I had B6 toxicity. It’s a thing. Not everyone just pees out the excess and is fine. Also, this supplement has an abnormally high dose of B6 in it. Go ahead and compare it to a B complex and see for yourself. I stopped taking this 3 weeks ago. I’m getting better but my progress is not not linear. Every week or week and a half it seems to get worse after having gotten better, but overall my worst days are way better than they were in the beginning. Please, PLEASE don’t do this to yourself without knowing what might happen. Maybe this works for some but that was far from the case for me. Proceed with caution!"
