Part of the Vitamin B complex family, Myo-Inositol has been shown to promote female fertility through supporting hormone balance and ovarian function.
D-Chiro Inositol supports balanced metabolic health for women.
I just got my period and usually the first day is the worse and I’d be on the floor crying. I feel nothing. This is crazy. Zero period cramps for the first time in 10+ years!!!!!!
Been taking them for about 4 months. No difference and still no period. Doesn't work.
I struggled with having regular periods and being able to lose any weight. I would complete HIIT and other high intensity workouts without any changes. I started taking these supplements in July 2022. They immediately regulated my cycle and I dropped 10 lbs within the first 3 months. I also became pregnant by October 2022. I cannot recommend Myo-Inositol & D-Chiro Inositol enough if you are struggling with PCOS symptoms.
I’m 21 years old & recently got diagnosed with PCOS a year ago. My period was gone for literally 5 months, & I had such bad hormonal acne in one spot of my face. I found these pills on tik tok and decided to a take a risk, because my PCOS was making me feel so sh!tty! I purchased them March, 3rd, & today is March 13th, & I finally got my period, & my skin is CLEARING so much. As if I never even had acne. This was such a huge shock for me. I take all 4 at once in the morning with water, juice, or coffee & I’ve felt better than I ever did since being diagnosed with PCOS. I haven’t been going to the gym like I should, & but I started going today, to see if these pills will help me shed some pounds (I’m 155lb right now). I will continue taking them in hopes that it continues to make me better & help my period become consistent. So glad I found these!!!! :))) DONT HESITATE
