Refunds & Returns
We offer a full refund on the purchase price minus shipping of our supplement products any time within 90 days (up to 3 bottles full or empty) for orders shipped in the United States. To process a refund, please email us using our Contact Us page for instructions on returning the bottles.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
Please note, 1) refusing a delivery does not return the package to our operations and your refund will not be processed, 2) if the tracking for a package says "delivered" but you did not receive it, we cannot refund the order - instead please reach out to us for a resolution, and 3) we are not responsible for lost/stolen packages (please file a claim with the carrier).
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
We do not accept returns for items shipped internationally.
