My doctor was recommending I take all three of these vitamins but most brands I found use gelatin capsules, and as a vegan, that was not gonna work. I love being able to find a woman-owned business with over the top standards for us as the consumer. If I ever need any other product Wholesome Story makes, I'm choosing them!
It helps my acne alot
Zinc, magnesium, and B6 are three things I take separately for my health and especially during these menopausal years. So glad to find all of these in one supplement. B6 especially. Magnesium helps me sleep better at night so I take this closer to bedtime, usually with dinner.
