This is the 3rd powdered inositol that I've tried and the only truly flavorless one. I had to take the others with flavored drinks, but this one I can take in water no problem. Dissolves really well. I've only been taking for 2 weeks so I cant attest to effectiveness, as studies say it is most effective when taken for 3 consecutive months at 4050mg, so I got the 90-day jar to stay consistent. but this brand was recommended by my endocrinologyst so I suppose its good

Inositol instantly helped me to feel calmness in my body. I am working on losing weight and I noticed that my midsection is showing results and feels tighter after a few days. I feel energetic as well after consumption. It dissolves easily in water and the quality seems superb considering that it worked so quickly.
Helped with overeating
I bought this at the beginning of February and I do not regret it at all. I would say after a month of adding it to my greens in the morning I’m starting to see I have more energy and my cravings/ overeating have slowed down. Don’t expect it to be immediate definitely took the entire month but I’m so thankful for this!
I tried with capsules before but when I found out this powered option, I decided to tried out and I am a complete fan. It dissolves super great in water. I had not have side effects and you get value for money with this size. I've felt so much better and it is overall a great supplement.
Great Wholesome story Team!
The first product I bought never came but after emailing the Wholesome Story Team trying to figure out what happened they said give it a week to see if it was coming late but unfortunately it never came but the Wholesome Team did offer to send 1 free one so I decided to have it sent to my In-laws house to hopefullyget it and I finally receive it, plus they also made sure to put it on express so I didn’t wait to much longer! Will be buying again
I saw a big difference in the cycle. I've been buying this for a long time. I'm satisfied and will continue to purchase this again. Glad other reviewers were able to share their experiences to help others make better choices in buying something like this supplement.

Learn the basics
What is inositol?
Inositol is a sugar-like molecule found in every cell of your body. It has the same chemical formula as glucose, C6H12O6, but a different structure. It was long counted as a B vitamin, but its status as a vitamin is uncertain. There are nine forms of inositol. Myo-inositol is the most common one.
1 Your body is full of it.
Every cell in your body has it.
2 Here is where it goes.
Cells build it into their outer membrane.
3 This is why it matters.
Cells use it to pass messages along.
What does it do in the body?
Cells use inositol as a building block. It becomes part of molecules in the cell membrane that carry messages from outside the cell to the inside. Cells use these messages to respond to signals from outside the cell. Scientists call these molecules inositol phosphates and phosphoinositides. They belong to the "second messenger" systems cells use to relay signals.
Does your body make it?
Yes. Your cells make inositol from glucose. You also get some from food. The amount depends on what you eat. Fruits, beans, grains and nuts have the most. In grains and beans much of it is stored as phytic acid.
What are myo- and D-chiro-inositol?
They are two forms of inositol. Myo-inositol is the most common form in the body. Animal studies show that tissues can turn some of it into D-chiro-inositol. In one animal study, the share differed from tissue to tissue. Researchers study each form alone and the two together.
What is a 40:1 ratio?
Our formula has 2,000 mg of myo-inositol and 50 mg of D-chiro-inositol: 40 parts to 1. A ratio compares the two forms. See the Supplement Facts for the exact amount of each.
How is it taken?
Follow the suggested use on the label. Read the caution on the label before you use it. Talk with your healthcare provider if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a medical condition or take medication.

- It does not mean other products are unclean. Not winning is not a sign of a problem.
Clean Label Project CertifiedAn outside group tested this product for heavy metals, pesticides and plastic chemicals that labels do not list.
What it checks
- A brand sends a product to Clean Label Project. Independent labs screen it for heavy metals, pesticides (including glyphosate), phthalates and bisphenols.

- It does not check that the label amounts are correct. That is a different test.
NSF Contents CertifiedNSF checked that what is in the bottle matches the label, and tested for certain contaminants.
What it checks
- NSF reviews the formula and checks the label claims against lab results for the product.
- NSF also tests for contaminants, including toxic elements such as lead, mercury, arsenic and cadmium.

Is taking inositol right for me?
Our Myo & D-Chiro Inositol is made for adults who want daily hormone support.*
Every body is different. When you start any new supplement, and especially if you have a health concern, talk with your healthcare provider, since we can't give medical advice.
Our 40:1 formula was made with women in mind. Men may prefer our Inositol (Myo-Inositol), which has no D-Chiro Inositol.
What's the difference between Myo-Inositol and D-Chiro Inositol?
Myo-Inositol is the most abundant form of inositol in the body. It helps cells respond to hormone signals, including the ones involved in healthy ovarian function.* D-Chiro Inositol is made by the body from Myo-Inositol and works alongside it for hormone support.*
Our formula is a 40:1 ratio of Myo- and D-Chiro Inositol, designed to support hormone signaling and a normal, healthy cycle at the cellular level.* Each serving pairs 2,000 mg Myo-Inositol with 50 mg D-Chiro Inositol.
Does this product contain hormones?
No. Our inositol doesn't contain any hormones. It supports the natural processes your body already uses, without supplying hormones directly.*
How and when should I take inositol?
Mix 1 heaping scoop (2.2 g) into any hot or cold beverage that is free of caffeine, sugar substitutes, or carbonation. Do not mix with alcoholic beverages. Use 1-2 servings as needed or as directed by a physician.
Pick a time of day you'll remember, since consistency matters most.
Some customers take more or less than this based on their healthcare provider's instructions.
How long should I take it?
Everyone's different. We recommend 3 to 6 months of consistent daily use.*
How long you keep taking it depends on why you're taking it, so it's best to decide that with your healthcare provider.
Can I take inositol with my other supplements and medications?
Please use caution when taking this product alongside any other supplement or medication that can lower blood sugar levels, as this combination may increase the risk of hypoglycemia.
Talk with your healthcare provider before adding it, especially if you take prescription medication. They can help determine whether it's right for you based on your individual health needs.
Can I take it if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?
Talk with your healthcare provider if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a medical condition or take medication. Please read this before you use it: Consult your healthcare provider before use if you are contemplating pregnancy, pregnant, nursing, have any medical conditions, or use any medications.
Can I trust the quality?
Yes. Our Myo & D-Chiro Inositol is third-party tested, NSF Contents Certified, NSF Certified Gluten-Free, and Clean Label Project Certified, and we've held the Clean Label Project Purity Award for six consecutive years. Each mark links to its public listing in the certifications section above.
It contains no animal products, gluten, soy, or nuts. It's made in a facility that also processes common food allergens, so we can't promise the complete absence of any allergen not listed on the label. Our inositol is currently sourced from corn.
Is there a difference between the powder and the capsules?
Both have 2,000 mg Myo-Inositol and 50 mg D-Chiro Inositol per serving. This page is the powder. You mix 1 scoop (2.2 g) into a drink, which is an option if you'd rather not take or swallow pills. Our capsules are easy on the go. One serving of the capsules is 4 capsules, made from hypromellose, a plant-based vegetarian capsule, with a very small amount of rice flour to keep the powder flowing in the encapsulation machines.
Can I save money by buying a bigger size?
Yes. The 6-month size costs about $0.48 a day, compared with $0.93 a day for the 1-month size, which is about 49% less per serving. Subscribing saves another 10%, and your first subscription order is $5 off. Pick the length that matches how long you plan to take it.
