Why does my Berberine taste so bitter?
Berberine is an alkaloid compound that naturally has a very bitter taste. Because the powder in the capsules is so fine, it thinly coats the capsules during processing. You can reduce the bitterness by wiping the capsules off with a napkin or tissue before taking them, but this will not eliminate the taste completely. -
Is your Berberine good for men too?
Yes! Berberine supports metabolic and hormonal health in both men and women. It's also high in antioxidants that can help fight free radicals and reduce oxidative stress. As such it can be an excellent choice for hormone and/or fertility support in both men and women. -
