I have no complaints about this product. I really like that I can get 3 supplements in one high quality form. Would recommend!
I wanted to love this product but for some reason it destroys my stomach. Still trying to figure out a better way to take it because so far it makes me have THE WORST stomach aches.
I bought this supplement to help with hormonal acne, which I feel it has (though not completely better). An added bonus I was not expecting is my body’s ability to process alcohol. I am someone who would feel hungover after 1-2 drinks, and I noticed after starting this supplement that this is no longer the case. I’m extremely happy about that!!
I Love my new Zinc and Magnesium- just what my body needed.
For 50 days I’ve been taking this along with a combo of Myo-Inositol & D-Chiro Inositol + MTHF Folate + Vitamin D3 & Berberine.
I really wanted this cocktail to produce a period since I haven’t had one since June 2021. Unfortunately, I still don’t have one.
I’m curious why it doesn’t work for me. I’m grateful for the 90 day refund policy wholesome story has since they recognize every body is different.
A little background. I’m 33. At 17 still without a period, I underwent blood work, ultrasounds on my lady parts, and progesterone challenge which did cause a period. Top endocrinologist concluded all my parts are there, but the hormones are off. I was given birth control to have a period and told the medical field debates whether women need to have one for health benefits. I took this until about 22. At times not having a period while on it. Mind you no doctor would diagnose me with PCOS even though my mom has it. Were they afraid telling me I had PCOS would cause me to be reckless with sex thinking I couldn’t get pregnant and then surprisingly become pregnant making them liable? Who knows.
At 24, I had a period 3x a year maybe due to regular yoga? Who knows. Age 26 another endocrinologist could only tell me little is understood about hormones. Age 29 likely have PCOS according to OBGYN. I took birth control until June 2021. The most interesting thing I heard in February was an acupuncturist telling me it’s a blood deficiency. It has been a long journey with few answers. I gave it 2 stars because maybe I’m getting some benefit?
