All I want for Christmas is a Regulated Period!

Hi all!
I have a history of irregular periods without an official diagnosis of PCOS. While PCOS was heavily suspected, my only option was birth control. While I didn’t care to continue with this medicine, inositol has made a huge difference for me! I started taking 2scoops daily starting 11/28 and started my period 12/21/22. Prior, I would have 1-2 periods naturally per year. My last period was 7/2022, so I’m excited to continue using this. I do take it after meals and have not noticed any side effects. As far as background, I am 25 and had irregular periods since 14.
Good luck!

Just two weeks

I took one scoop for an entire week and got my period the following week. That is after not having a period for 2 1/2 months. I expect to see more positive results soon!

Dissolves very easily and only has a faint sweet taste.

Myo-Inositol & D-Chiro Inositol Powder

I have PCOS, my doctor recommended me to take inositol with ratio 40:1, it is difficult to find a product like this that is of quality and pure since many contain other additives.
Since the first month of taking it, I have noticed the benefits. I've been taking it for almost a year and combined with balanced nutrition and exercise I have had my period monthly. I definitely recommend this product!

Easy and works

Legit real review here: I suffer from intense ovulation pain and my holistic doctor told me to try inositol. I like how this has both forms of inositol. It’s a light fine powder, tasteless with a slight teeny sweetness so I add it to my teas, juices, or smoothies and it mixes well. The scoop is very small and you only need 1 scoop in case you’re worried about size/pricing. I normally start taking it the end of my period to when I ovulate so about a week, once a day. I take it with Wholesome Story Vitex and N-acetyl-L-cysteine (NAC) and m ovulation pain is little to none every month now. I’m usually really skeptical but this is worth trying and I’ve decided to stick to this brand.
