Just Marvelous

Ever since taking this, about 1 year ago, my menstrual cycle is much lighter and much less painful. It is bright red like it should be, and I can actually go to work on the first day. Usually the first day of my menstrual cycle is so painful, I can’t get out of bed. It also has made my menstrual cycle more regular. It still ranges from a 30-34 day cycle from month to month, which is quite regular, but maybe that could be because of my inconsistency of taking it, or maybe thats as regular as it’s going to get. Sometimes I don’t want to chug water when I remember to take it right before bed -_- so I switched to the pill form last week, and I’m hoping these will work just as good or better, and will be better for me to remember to take with my other vitamins :-) My better half and I have been ttc for the past couple of months and it hasn’t happened yet, but hands together raised to the heavens above, I’m praying in God’s timing that it will happen. I ask for Prayers to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ through this journey, and I Thank You all so much.

Reduced sugar cravings/acne

I have pcos, am a student athlete and I’m not sure if it’s common…but always after a meal, I would crave more carbs or something sweet just “because”- even though I was “full.” I’ve been using inositol (powder form because it’s absorbed faster) every morning with my breakfast (I mix it with almond milk or water) and from the first day I tried it, I didn’t feel like I needed to eat something sweet after a meal! It was amazing. My acne has cleared a little (especially around the time my period comes) but I read that it could take 3-4 months to see more changes in period regularity (my cycles are more than 35 days), acne and other symptoms. I’ll keep using it and see what happens, but it has definitely helped!
