I finish the first bottle and nothing new has happened to me, I’m still having irregular periods and weird spotting, I might give it one more try and hopefully I can see the results.
I started taking these pills about two months ago and after about 3 weeks of taking them I finally got my period after not having one for 6 months. I am now on my second cycle in a row of getting my period which hasn’t happened in years!!
I started taking these exactly one month ago today, and let me tell you, I absolutely feel the difference. I’ve been a long time sufferer of PCOS and endometriosis, and I’ve had a very difficult time regulating my hormones and cycle because of it. When I first bought these, I hadn’t had a period in 175 days and after just two and half weeks of taking them- boom, aunt flow came to pay her regards. Not only that but my period wasn’t as terrible as I expect and my mood had significantly increased. Though, I’ve gotta admit it’s really difficult taking four large pills everyday. I follow up with them with a folic acid gummy after taking them as almost a treat for getting them down for the day, which is my only fret. But despite that, these have definitely made a difference for me and I’m looking forward to seeing how much of a difference these will (and already have) make for me. Highly recommend!
I have PCOS and didn’t have my cycle again for 2 months and started this pill this week and took it twice a day two pills the 3rd day of taking it I started my cycle. Definitely helped !
Okay for all the people giving up on this pill within the first month because it didn’t work you have to take natural remedies for up to 3-6 months before you can give up. Unless it is hurting you than by all means stop and seek medical attention. Also one type of pill is not going to change everything and not everything works for everybody. This is the first time I’ve found a pill form of 40:1 ratio inositol. I’ve taken just Myo-inositol for almost a year before finding this. I take half the dose recommended because every other site recommends less and it stretches my buck lol. I combine this pill with vitamin D3, methyl folate, b12, omega 3s, vitex (found on this sight as well) I’m dieting and exercising. The pills from this site and the dieting and exercising are relatively new for me. Pcos sucks. I was diagnosed at fifteen and loss a Fallopian tube because of it. I’m now in my early thirties and thinking of having a baby. What I’m saying is don’t give up. Last year I started most of my pills in March and it wasn’t until mid June I noticed a huge improvement. I tried stopping b12 and a week later felt crappy depressed and anxious. If you have a deficiency did you know it takes 6-12 months to correct. So without a deficiency 3-6 months with a deficiency 6-12. And those are average people meaning some are shorter some are way longer. Anyway this pill is great it’s helping and improves upon my routine. It’s much superior to just the myo-inositol pill I was taking and way better than nasty powder. I’m at a four star rating for it because the pill capsule doesn’t seem to be filled to the right amount. Not that that I think I’m being ripped off just that I think they could use a smaller capsule and make swallowing them easier. Do what’s best for you people but remember to give natural remedies a longer chance and combined them with others
