Got my period in 3 weeks!

I took one a day as directed, and one zinc (+ magnesium + b6) a day. I hadn’t menstruated in 3+ months, and was feeling so lethargic. After doing some research, I put the pieces together in speculating I might have PCOS. Taking these vitamins was my last resort before going to a doctor. I really wasn’t expecting this to work, although I had high hopes. I’m happy it actually works! It’s a little pricey, but worth the investment. I like that the Vitex bottle will last four months.

So yes, I was feeling more energetic after about a week, got the period after 3 weeks. Today is technically day 1 of bleeding and I had gnarly cramps. I don’t usually get cramps but the pain was enough to make me cry, feel nauseous and writhe around in pain until I took Advil. It was kinda scary. I’m guessing it’s just the prostaglandins working extra hard? I’m going to try this out for a year and see how it goes.

Btw, I have been taking doxycycline pills, applying benzoyl peroxide or tretinoin creams to treat acne for a couple years now, successfully. I don’t know how the vitamins will improve my complexion. Unfortunately, doxycycline kills pesky bacteria as well as probiotics you need for healthy digestion. So that means adding probiotics to the daily cocktail, but it would be great if the vitamins eliminated doxy and probiotics! Too many pills.

I will also say this - working out regularly 5 days a week without any vitamins actually helped regulate my cycle after about 4-6 months? Of course, the biggest challenges is committing to that lifestyle. It took 6-8 months to see major physical changes.

Cannot say enough

I have been taking Myo-inositol/D-chiro inositol as well as the Zinc supplements for a while now and while they have successfully regulated my cycle.. I recently started taking Vitex and man oh man! I just cannot say enough good stuff about this thing! I have energy like I haven’t had in YEARS! Nothing seems to upset me.. I’m just happy all the time and can do soooo much more willingly with all this new found energy! Have no idea if it’s related but I’ve had this lower back fatigue that just brings me down all the time but ever since I started taking this alll of that has just disappeared. Truly truly grateful to have found wholesome story and these supplements!

worked!

Maybe it was luck, maybe it was the supplements, or maybe it was both but I was having lots of luteal phase spotting and was worried about a hormone imbalance preventing me from getting pregnant. Took these for my most recent cycle and found out I was pregnant just last week!

Amazing

I bought these supplements to help with my periods. I was on birth control for 6 years and recently stopped. Usually my periods are very painful to the point where I’m vomiting. On these, my periods are so much more bearable and it actually makes it shorter.

PCOS/PMS Relief

I have had PCOS for 8 years and have been looking for an alternative to birth control and metformin with no luck. I hadn't had a period in 4 months, my skin was breaking out, and I had incredibly low energy. I have been taking this with the Zinc and Myo-Inositol D3 for two months and it kickstarted my cycle within two weeks, cleared up my skin, and I have a ton of energy. My cramps and back pain have been mild and my mood swings only lasted a day and a half vs the usual 4 days, I am so thankful to have found this product!
