Finishing the bottle

I started taking the Vitex a few years ago and I slacked off a little and now I feel like they are a different color than before. I'm not 100% sure that I am taking the same supplement and I have nothing to compare it too since I finished my other bottles. I am going to finish the bottle I have to see what happens and if I feel better I'll continue with them. In the beginning they definitely helped balanced my hormones and my cramps weren't as bad. Since it has been some months since I have taken them, I'll start them this month.

WOW!

I used to struggle with awful cramps, pms, as well as profusely throwing up during my period. I’ve had to leave work many times because I wouldn’t even be able to stand on my feet. I’ve been taking this supplement for the past couple of years and have not thrown up, my pms has gotten way better, and my cramps are not nearly as bad as they used to be. I would 10/10 recommend this!!

Helped regulate my cycle

I went off The Pill after having taking it for 14 years and am trying to conceive, however my cycle was very irregular. I started taking Vitex & Myo & D-Chiro Inositol and got my period the next day and my cycle has become regular ever since! I haven't experienced any negative side effects except for a decreased appetite, however I'm not positive that is 100% because of these supplements. It's given me huge piece of mind just to have a regular cycle again to help us in trying to conceive!

Highly recommend

Having been diagnosed with PMDD, I resisted the antidepressants my gynecologist prescribed for me. After researching Vitex, I tried it. I take it only during the luteal phase and saw a difference from the onset. Marked improvement in moodiness, bloating and quality of sleep!

Not sure yet

I can’t say for certain what it’s doing or if it’s doing anything at all. I’ve been taking one pill daily along with the Myo & D-Chiro Inositol for a little over 2 weeks now, started taking both just after my period stopped. I’ve been having irregular periods since coming off the depo shot 2 years ago, really hope these supplements can help regulate my cycles.
