Life changing

I did some research on this item after seeing many other women with the same health condition as myself talking about and taking it. Ever since starting my body feels more stable and I don't have an intense craving for sugar constantly. I would highly recommend looking into taking this supplement if you are considering it.

Gave Me A Regular Cycle

I absolutely love this product. I began the supplement when TTC, with the biggest issue being irregular cycles due to PCOS. At one point my doctor referred me to a fertility clinic to begin treatments, prior to regularly taking this product.

I decided to try a more natural approach first, and paired the Wholesome Story inositol with a few other lifestyle changes. My cycle regulated, I was able to identify ovulation, and am now 9.5 weeks pregnant! Overall, it took about six months of regularly taking these in order to see a consistent change in my cycle.

Also the WS customer service is awesome!

Everyone’s situation is unique, and I am endlessly grateful I was able to add this product to my approach to address my PCOS, when the recommendations from my doctors weren’t cutting it.

Surprised to find that it worked!

Like many, I was skeptical to try this. But after 3 years of trying to get pregnant, getting diagnosed with PCOS, being prescribed Metformin and Letrozole, giving up after fighting with symptoms from the Metformin for roughly a year, I decided to give it a try. A family member had gifted me a bottle after saying she tried it for menopause with no luck. So I gave it a try. My menstrual cycle is usually around 32 days but after maybe 2 weeks of taking wholesome story’s myo & d-chiro inositol, my period came on day 26, which NEVER happens. I was feeling better and even got my sex drive back (it was virtually non existent). Fast forward to what should’ve been the end of my cycle, I was at day 36 and finally broke down and took a pregnancy test to find it was positive!!

Maybe it doesn’t work for everyone, but it did work for me. And for that, I am grateful!

Loving this product!

I was looking for a quality inositol supplement - I found this which is the ratio recommended by my dietician and hormone specialist (40 to 1) and the product/company looked promising so I gave it a try. I struggle with generally imbalanced hormones but mostly high testosterone. I am just about finished my first 30 day bottle and have actually really noticed a difference, especially with my hunger levels/blood sugar induced cravings. I generally feel really great and with how frustrating finding genuine solutions to hormone induced symptoms can be, it has made me really hopeful. I just ordered a 90 day supply bottle and signed up for the subscription service! Definitely suggest giving this supplement a try!

Not everyone gets a miracle, but this sure helps!

I know a lot of people run to these comments to see if everyone magically got pregnant after taking these.. spoiler: not everyone does. With that being said, these supplements have still helped my body so much! While I was taking fertility meds I didn’t have to take Metformin because these were doing well with helping with insulin resistance already. I’m done with my fertility meds for a while since I’ll now have to be referred to a special clinic, but I’m still taking these supplements to see if now that it’s been several months I might actually ovulate and have a period on my own.
I’ll come back and update after this month once see if I was able to have a cycle without actual medical intervention.
