Our IP-6 + Inositol is a combination of the naturally occurring substances inositol hexaphosphate (IP-6) and inositol. Both are in nearly every cell in your body and in the foods you eat. While IP-6 has been criticized as an anti-nutrient, recent studies have shown this is not the case. Rather, IP-6 can be very helpful in supporting healthy blood sugar levels, and in lowering levels of advanced glycation end products (AGEs) which are associated with several chronic disease states including cardiovascular disease and kidney disease.

Supplementation with IP-6 + Inositol has been shown to lower levels of advanced glycation end products (AGEs) in certain populations. AGEs are caused by chronically elevated blood sugar levels and are associated with several chronic disease states including cardiovascular disease and kidney disease.
Suggested Use:
Take 2 capsules twice daily. For intensive use take 2 capsules up to 4 times daily as needed. Best taken on an empty stomach.
Caution:
Use only as directed. Consult your healthcare provider before use if you are contemplating pregnancy, pregnant, nursing, have any medical conditions, or use any medications especially those that can impact liver health. For adult use only. Keep this product out of reach of children. Do not use if tamper evident seal is broken or missing. Store in a cool, dry place.
Please note that use of this product can lead to hypoglycemia (low blood sugar levels) for some individuals. Symptoms of hypoglycemia include, but are not limited to:
Looking pale (pallor)
Shakiness
Dizziness or lightheadedness
Sweating
Hunger or nausea
An irregular or fast heartbeat
Difficulty concentrating
Feeling weak and having no energy (fatigue)
Irritability or anxiety
Headache
Tingling or numbness of the lips, tongue or cheek
Damp sheets or nightclothes due to perspiration
Nightmares
Tiredness, irritability or confusion upon waking 1
If you experience any of these symptoms when using this product, please stop using it immediately and contact your healthcare provider. If they determine it’s causing hypoglycemic symptoms, you may need to reduce your serving size, change the time of day you take it, or stop taking it entirely.
