Improves metabolic profiles

If you have PCOS, your insulin levels tend to be imbalanced. Myo & D-Chiro Inositol can help improve insulin sensitivity to lower lipid and glucose levels, inflammation, blood pressure and risk for developing Type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular diseases.

Regulates hormones and reduces PCOS symptoms

With better insulin resistance, it can help your body lower androgen, testosterone and luteinizing hormones in the body - relieving you of multiple PCOS symptoms such as irregular periods, cramps, acne, and excess body hair (hirsutism).

Supports ovarian health and fertility

Conception can be difficult if you have PCOS. Myo & D-Chiro Inositol are natural isomers found to improve your ovulation capability, oocyte quality, and overall ovarian function to support reproductive health and fertility.

Suggested Use:

For adults, take 4 capsules daily, preferably with a meal, or as directed by a physician. For those with a sensitive constitution, take 2 capsules twice daily.

Caution:

Do not exceed recommended dose. Pregnant and nursing mothers, children under the age of 18, and individuals with a known medical condition or taking prescription medication should consult a physician before taking this or any dietary supplement.

It worked

So I haven’t had a period in almost 4 years after getting off birth control. I did a lot of research and this one just felt right. I ordered off Amazon and got them on a Monday and that Saturday I started my period. It was heavy for the first couple of days and then turned more into spotting but hey I’ll take it! Will definitely be repurchasing!

Will update after 2 weeks of taking pills

I have not started these pills yet, and I have not been properly diagnosed with PCOS YET but it’s hard to deny the obvious when I am 19 years old and my hair is falling out at my scalp, my cheeks and jawline are covered in cystic acne, and I just got a blood test back that says I have really high insulin. I have not struggled with any of this prior, but after taking birth control and getting off of it, these symptoms became so so so much more evident and my body is just hitting the fan. Weirdly tho I do not struggle with weight gain (I am actually severely underweight) and I have not yet experienced any facial hair (no jinx). I am hoping that through taking these pills: my hair will stop falling out as I don’t want to be a hairless 19 year old girl, not saying that there is anything wrong with that but every time I shower and I pull out half of my hair while I wash it, I break down and cry. As gross as it sounds I sometimes go weeks without washing my hair because I am terrified of all of the hair loss that I experience in the shower, this has NEVER happened before. I also want my acne to go away, it’s gotten to the point where I avoid all mirrors because if I see my face, it will ruin my whole day. I do not normally write reviews, but i find reviews helpful and hopefully my review will help someone else. I’m giving this product a 5 star rating now because their customer service is SO SO SO good. If you have questions, concerns, issues, do not hesitate to contact them. I emailed them this morning and they got back to me within a few hours it was so so helpful. The pills are supposed to arrive today or tomorrow and then I will start my journey and update, wish me luck!
